Well, not everybody knows that the World Wide Web have already like 20 years. That is a looong time, and i'm older than that ok, i'm not that old, i'm 24, but i folowed the the advances of the WWW since 1993/1994. I used, Netscape, i had windows NT in my first PC and i used the first ICQ.

Here is the timeline comparing the history of the WWW with my own.


1990

www - Tim Berners-Lee creates the World Wide Web.

Me - My first year in school, I was afraid to make some new friends.

1991

www - born of HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language)

Me - I have now good new friends in school, I stat to like arts

1993

www - InterNICcreated.

Me - My Grandma gave me my favorit Toy ever! A Lego Pirat Ship

1994

www - Netscape Communications founded.

Me - My parents bought our first PC, It was a 486 with windows NT

1995

www - The first steps of Amazon. The first versions of MSN and Flash

Me - We change the windows to Windows 95 I Played a lot of games in MS-DOS like 7 gests and Indiana Jones

1998

www - Larry page & Sergey Brin founded google. Netscape announces plans to give its browser away for free.

Me - I got my own first PC, it was a pentium with windows 95, steel in this year i started to lear HTML and in 99 i did my fisrt wesite. I played a lot of Diablo, Age of Empires and Sin City 2000... i miss this...

2000

www - The Dot-Com Bubble bursts. A majority of the dot-coms ceased trading after burning trough their venture capital,

Me - 99 i start to make drawing classes, i lern a lot. I used netscape all the time, i was milions of times better than IE.

2003/2004

www - The Research project "How much information 2003" finds that Instant messaging generates five billion messages a day (750GB

Me - 2003 I had my first girlfriend, and we ended in 2004. 2004 i started College. I start to learn how to be a good designer. I've got a new Computer.

2006

www - Born of the relationship networks. Orkut (the most famos in Brazil)

Me - I started to use Orkut and to kwon a lot of beauty, and not that beuty girls. I went to London.

2007/2008

www - I'm not shure but it was near this year that vista started.

Me - End of 2007 enter DA. 2008 i start to work with webdesign in a Webcompany, I had my second girlfriend. I finish my College


2009

www - The tendence of the Live service and programs started, is the idea of the "cloud"

Me - Finish with my girlfriend, Got out of the company that i was working and started to work as a Webdesigner Freelancer.

Sorry everybody, but til Friday i'm feeling like shit, something horreble happend between me and my girlfriend... 17 days ago we decided not to see each other, cause we where fighting to much and we whanted to continue being friends. But friday was her birthday party, so i when to the restaurant that she was going to have it. I met her and her friends there and and whe started to talk, she was happy to see me, and so did i.
Than in a moment she left the table where i was and went to the other one to talk to her friends. When i was waiting her to come back, one of her friends, that i've have never seen before started to talk whith me, she talked topics that relly interested me, so i give here some atention. When my ex came back to the table she whanted to talk whith me and the other girl too, but she waited 2 seconds to hear what whe were talking about and than she said that she was not interested in this topic and left the table again. So i continue to talk with her friend. Some time after that we whent to another table, when whe change to this new table i sit in a corner near the girl that i was talking and suposed that my ex will join us, but she sit in the other corner where her best friend was siting, so i suposed that whanted to talk more whith her friend, so than i continue to talk with the other girl. Some time afther this the girl i was talking to left the table and than i change to the place where my ex was sitting, she was looking verry sad, i ask her what happend and she deny to anser me, i ask if was because i sit near the other girl. She was looking mad at me, so i sad that i was only talking to her, and try to explain, she started to cry and i try to comfort her, she whas terrbly sad whith me.
Afther this nigh she foght whith me again in the telefone and said the she never what to see me again... Now i'm feeling like crap cause i know that i hurt her feelings, she just whanted to talk whith me and stay whith me that night, she missed me too much...i ruin her birthday and our meeting and now i dont know if i can talk to or see her againg. I love her so much i relly want her back...

I'll start introducing myself: My name is Thomas and i'm a Designer form Brazil, Rio de Janeiro. I enter D.A. to show my work to the world and to meet other artists.
I'm basically new here in D.A. cause when i enter last year i was very busy trying to finish my college, finally in the end of 2008 i finish it, now i'm a graduated Designer. Unfortunately i was fired from my work and i'm now un­employ­ed. But Ok i hope i will find a new job sooner or later.
This year i'll put more of my works here and participate more in the contests and art jams of D.A.
